Mission
To provide hospital-wide leadership and support in the areas of recruitment, retention and advancement of *underrepresented minority (URM) faculty, fellows, residents and students at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and Harvard Medical School.
Objectives
To increase the number of underrepresented minority faculty, fellows, residents, and students at BWH.
To enhance the satisfaction, professional development and retention of URM faculty.
To support the academic promotion of URM faculty.
