Application Instructions
The 2010 BWH STARS Program Application must be completed online and all supporting materials must be postmarked by January 15, 2010 and addressed to:

Please note if you exit the application before completing it, any information you have entered will not be saved for editing. If you wish to continue your application, you will be required to re-enter all information and complete the application in its entirety and click SUBMIT APPLICATION on the final page to be considered for the program.
Official transcripts from your current institution are required to apply to the BWH STARS Program. If you are a first year medical student, please send both an undergraduate transcript along with your medical school transcript/letter of good standing.
The application includes a personal statement section. Please describe in at least 250 words your educational and professional goals and how your participation in the BWH STARS Program will assist in meeting your goals. Be sure to articulate your qualifications and reasons for wishing to participate in this program. Please enter your statement text directly into the application box.
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation are also required to apply to the BWH STARS Program. Please have recommenders send letters directly to BWH.
