The Office for Multicultural Faculty Careers (OMC) provides leadership in the areas of recruitment , retention and advancement of underrepresented minority (URM) faculty, fellows, residents and students at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
The Office is part of the Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (CFDD) at Brigham and Women's Hospital which also includes the Office for Postdoctoral and Research Careers (OPRC)and the Office for Women's Careers (OWC). The Center for Faculty Development and Diversity provides a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the professional development of all faculty and fellows at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
