Heart & Vascular Center Cardiologists

Cardiologists in the Heart & Vascular Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) are known worldwide for their expertise in diagnosing, treating and preventing heart disease. Cardiovascular Medicine at BWH is ranked among the top programs in the world and is staffed by board certified cardiologists, pioneering providers highly trained in every cardiovascular specialty. Their research discoveries have led to many of the most transformative treatments in heart disease. Our physicians are also Harvard Medical School faculty who are charged with training the next generation of cardiovascular specialists through our advanced residency and fellowship programs.

Led by John F. Keaney, Jr., MD, our cardiologists work closely with a group of surgical, medical, radiology and nursing specialists within the Shapiro Cardiovascular Center of the Heart & Vascular Center to provide individualized patient care, from diagnostic services to inpatient and outpatient treatment to preventive education.
