Keeping our Hearts Healthy!
As hard as we may try to help keep our hearts healthy, the fact is that most Americans are living with one or more risk factor for heart disease. Whether living with diabetes or simply being overweight, risk factors like these can significantly impact your heart health and quality of life. But the good news is that you have the power to reduce your cardiovascular risk and take control of your heart health.
To help individuals achieve their heart health goals, the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Cardiovascular Wellness Service offers “Keeping our Hearts Healthy” – a quarterly series providing education and support to help our local community improve their overall health. Each event is designed to be informative and interactive, helping individuals understand their cardiovascular risk and become empowered to reduce any risk factors they may have. All sessions are held at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on the 3rd Floor “Porch” of the Shapiro Building at 70 Francis Street, Boston, MA. To register, please call 1-800-BWH-9999 or email email@example.com and provide your name, contact information, and name(s) of seminars that you plan to attend.
