Vivir con un Corazón Saludable is an intensive 6-week nutrition and physical activity intervention for Latino women, which provides the tools to improve heart health through diet and exercise and identifies and addresses the unique mental, emotional and physical components that affect the health and lifestyle choices of each individual participant. During this program, women attend one group session each week lasting 1.5 hours, where they engage in weigh-ins, group discussions, interactive activities, information sessions, individual coaching, and exercise programs. Classes will be facilitated by our Nurse Practitioner, Aileen Sauris, NP. Note: Space is limited and if accepted, there is a $20 registration fee.
