Neurosurgery Residency Application Process

The Brigham and Women’s and Boston Children’s Hospital program participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Interested candidates should submit an application through the standard Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Each year, approximately 40 candidates are selected to interview for 3 spots. Strong candidates demonstrate a commitment to academic neurosurgery and the ability to work as a team.
