Inpatient transfer services are handled by Partners MD Connect. MD Connect is a joint program between Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, serving as a community physician's direct link to the transfer and transport services of these hospitals. With one call, Partners MD Connect will coordinate timely communication between referring and receiving physicians, locate inpatient beds, and arrange transport.
