FOR BWH RESEARCHERS
| Research Summary | Equipment & Techniques | Funding | Publications || Back to Division of General and GI Surgery |
My main research interest is in surgical simulation and resident education. I study curricula and teaching styles to optimize resident education. My other focus is on non-technical skills for surgeons in the operating room. In that research, we use both simulated and real OR enviroments to teach teamwork, communication, leadership, and decision making to surgeons.
