Growing up with a sister with asthma, Carol found herself strongly drawn to healthcare from an early age. In fact, it led her to a career in Respiratory Care, and even after 14 years at Brigham and Women's Hospital, she still feels the pride and excitement of being part of a truly world-class team.

"Despite how large the Brigham is," Carol says, "it seems so much smaller on the inside because of the collaborative environment."
