Kareema, Nurse, Neuro ICU

Growing up the oldest of eight children, Kareema got plenty of experience caring for others. She followed the example of her great aunt and joined the nursing profession and today is an invaluable part of Brigham and Women's Hospital's Neuroscience Interventional Care Unit.

Despite the intensely technical nature of her profession, however, Kareema knows that nursing is about more than study, procedure and technology.
