BWH Mentor Program

Workforce Development is pleased to announce the 'BWH Mentor Program' beginning January 2008.The purpose of the mentor program is to match employees enrolled in various sponsored workforce initiatives to experienced professionals in the healthcare field. Healthcare professionals will assist individuals with professional and personal growth by encouraging them to pursue their goals, share their knowledge and experiences, and provide them with support and guidance.
