
Angela M. Crutchfield
Angela M. Crutchfield joined the BWH team in March 2006 as Director of Organizational Development & Learning in Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for overall direction of diversity management and organizational development and training.
Angela came to BWH from Vanderbilt University, where she served as Senior Organizational Development and Training Consultant. Prior to that, she held positions at Seminary Extension in Nashville, Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and Union Rescue Mission, both in Los Angeles. She previously owned a consulting business providing training, coaching and other consultation to companies around the country.
Angela has a Master of Science degree in Organizational and Human Relations Management from Cumberland University and is working towards a doctorate in organizational leadership. She is certified as a Professional Speaker, a Distance Education & Training Council Evaluator, and Behavioral Based Interviewing Master Trainer (DDI). She is also a certified Trainer of True Colors and is qualified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Angela’s personal mission is to motive, inspire, and lead individuals to identify and walk-in the greatest that is inside each of us, which will lead to personal success.
