Tamara Dujovne

Tamara joined the BWH OD and Learning team in June of 2005 as Projects and Training Coordinator. In this role, Tamara is responsible for the overall direction of the New Employee Orientation and for project management of various initiatives.

Prior to joining the BWH HR team, Tamara worked as an Organizational Development Coordinator at UMass Memorial Medical Center. She also previously worked as a psychotherapist with the Hispanic community in New York City providing outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents and children.

Tamara earned her Masters in Industrial and Organizational Development in June 2003 from NYU. Additionally, she has a Licentiate in Psychology (Master’s equivalent) from University of Buenos Aires. Tamara is qualified to administer the MBTI (Myers’s Briggs Type Indicator) and is certified as an Instructional Designer and Developer.

Tamara’s personal mission is to guide individuals in order to attain both personal and career growth while at the same time helping organizations achieve their mission.
