Friends of Brigham and Women's Hospital

The Friends of BWH are deeply saddened by the recent tragedy that struck Boston and our hearts go out the victims and all those affected.  It is times like these where it is evident why we continue to give our time and support to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, who responded to the catastrophic events with strength and resilience.  We are proud and grateful of our hospital’s united display of high-quality and compassionate care of the 35 victims treated here.  We will keep all those affected in our thoughts and prayers, and we will continue our mission to support BWH which will bring care and hope to those who need it most.

Who We Are

The Friends of Brigham and Women's Hospital is a group of dedicated volunteers raising funds for, and, awareness of, Brigham and Women's Hospital. Through charity events and other fundraising activities, the Friends assist in purchasing medical equipment, supplies, and requests not budgeted by the Hospital within a given fiscal year.

The organization was created in the spirit of cooperation, understanding and genuine concern for patients, their families and the staff of BWH. An individual's interests, talents and expertise are considered to be of the utmost importance. We welcome you to join the Friends of BWH.
