The BWH community is invited to attend an opening ceremony for the Wounded Warrior photo exhibit, Tuesday, March 8, at 5 p.m. in Cabot Atrium, hosted by Elof Eriksson, MD, and E.J. Caterson, MD, both of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The photos were taken by an injured Iraq war veteran who suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2005. His family created this traveling exhibit to “serve as a reminder of the sacrifice of the more than 30,000 wounded warriors from both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.” After the opening ceremony, the exhibit will be moved to the Main Mezzanine at the entrance to the Shapiro bridge.
