Annual TB Screening is in the Connors (CWN) Lobby 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., July 8-16, for all employees with birthdays in July, August, and September. Screening is also available in the Occupational Health Clinics 7 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please call ext. 6034.
Outpatient Infusion Service Relocation
On July 10, the Outpatient Infusion Service will relocate to the Ambulatory Treatment Rooms (ATR) on the Ground Pike. As of this date Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients will receive infusions at the new MS Center at 333 Longwood Avenue. All other patients will receive their infusions in the ATR. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call the Outpatient Infusion Service at 713-2030.
Medical Record Reminders
• When forwarding progress notes, lab reports, and other medical record documentation to Health Information Services (formerly Medical Records) to be filed, be sure each document has the patient name and BWH medical record number. • The location of all medical records are tracked in BICS, and any records removed from their designated location (pod, clinic, or department) must be re-tracked in BICS. Please call ext. 6060 if you are taking a medical record from one location to another. Do not hold medical records following discharge.
