Financial/Human Resources Manager, Program for Innovation in Clinical and Translational Sciences (PICTS)
Under the supervision of the PICTS Administrative Director, independently performs a wide variety of accounting and other financial management activities. This includes creating monthly expenditure reports, posting and reconciling charges, approving expenditures, monitoring income, allocating funds, and conducting analysis as requested. Assists staff with issues relating to purchasing, accounts payable, and other financial management issues. Creates all invoices for billing and ensure that PICTS accounts are credited appropriately. Responsible for the timely completion of data changes and payroll for up to 100 staff members.
