Expedited Evaluation and Cardiac Catheterization Program
Primary care physicians may refer emergent patients who have symptoms of CAD and a positive ETT directly to our interventional cardiology practice for same day evaluation and cardiac catheterization. Simply fax the E2C2 request form along with a copy of their most recent office note and the case will be reviewed within one business day. You can expect that your patient will be seen for procedure within one week of the request.
