- Please be patient! Tests and procedures that ordinarily would take several days to complete can be done here in several hours. Those hours will yield crucial information, but may be tiresome for you.
- Make sure you let us know the name of your primary doctor.
- Make sure we have your current address, telephone number, and insurance information.
- We are committed to providing care to all patients (insured or uninsured). Insurance agencies and other 3rd party payers require us to attempt to collect co-payments. If you have any questions or concerns please ask a staff member.
