| Merri Pendergrass, M.D., Ph.D.Dr. Pendergrass’ research focuses on diabetes quality improvement in health care systems. She currently has projects investigating 1) management of hyperglycemia in hospitalized patients, 2) clinical inertia in treatment of hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, obesity and smoking in patients with diabetes and 3) patient adherence to provider recommendations and clinical outcomes in patients with diabetes.
