Rev. Mitchell is a staff member of the Chaplaincy Department at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is a Board Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains, as well as the Assembly of Episcopal Hospitals and Chaplains, and is a Member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Rev. Mitchell is ordained as a deacon in the Episcopal Church and serves at Grace Episcopal Church, Norwood, MA. She graduated with a Doctor of Ministry with a focus in Marriage and Family Counseling from Andover Newton Theological School and has a Master of Art degree in Pastoral Counseling from Emmanuel College. Rev. Mitchell serves as the staff chaplain for the Pain and Palliative Care, Oncology, Cardiac Surgery and Cardiology services.
