Description:  In recognition of the extensive contribution to the field of thoracic pathology by Dr. Joseph Corson, the BWH Department of Pathology and the Thoracic Surgery Division jointed establisted the Corson Thoracic Pathology Fellowship program.  This 1-year program offers training in all aspect of pulmonary pathology with emphasis on the etiology and pathogenesis of mesothelioma and lung cancers.
Faculty:  Joseph Corson, M.D.;  Lucian R. Chirieac, M.D.; John J. Godleski, M.D.; Lester Kobzik, M.D.

Requirements: Applicants must have satisfactorily completed residency training in anatomic pathology.

Stipends: Depends on previous training.
