We offer primary care services in Pediatrics, Women's Health, Adult Medicine, WIC, Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment to Jamaica Plain and the surrounding communities. In addition, we provide 24-hour on-call coverage. All services are available in English and Spanish.
Adult Medicine
A registered dietician is available for nutrition counseling. Podiatry and Cardiology services are available in addition to confidential HIV testing and counseling. We provide care for acute illness as well as chronic health problems. Preventative health care is emphasized.
Medical Records
Your medical records are kept in the strictest confidentiality and are available to you upon request. No one has access to your records without your signed consent. If you need a copy of your records, sign a release form in the reception area. If you are unable to come to the Health Center, send a signed letter of authorization. Allow approximately 2 weeks for copying of records.
Transportation (Van Service)
Fridays, 8:00am-4:00pm
The health center has a van available to transport patients who may have difficulty getting to and from the health center. Please call (617) 983-4100 to arrange.
