Dosimeter Request

Radiation dosimeters must be worn by all BWH individuals who work with or around radiation sources and may exceed 500 millirem in one year. The type of dosimeter is dependent on the work performed, and the source of radiation. If you require a dosimeter to do your work you must attend radiation safety training, and request a dosimeter using the Request Form. If you are not sure whether you should be wearing a dosimeter, please contact the Office of Health Physics.
