Clinical Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging and Intervention
Six fellowship positions are available each year. This fellowship is designed to maximize fellows involvement in MRI while emphasizing all imaging and interventional techniques in the abdomen and pelvis. All fellows gain experience in MRI, CT, US, and cross-sectional interventional radiology techniques. The fellowship is focused on GI and GU diseases; training in vascular MRI and CT is included. Advanced techniques such as 64-slice CT, PET/CT, interventional MRI, RF and cryoablation, 3T MRI, and 3D are part of the program. Fellows are granted one research day per week. Elective time is offered. Fellowship duration is nominally 1 year; 2-year fellowships are also offered.
Eligibility:
PGY-5, completion of diagnostic radiology residency, ABR-eligible or -certified and completion of
the USMLE I, II and III.
