		Training/Fellowship Verification
		For verification of your academic appointment dates at HMS, please send a brief letter detailing the request via fax to HMS HR at (617) 432-3280. Please state "VERIFICATION" on the fax cover sheet. Requests may take up to 2 weeks. The ORC and HMS/HSDM Postdoc Office do not issue certificates of completion to Postdoctoral Fellows. The verification provided by HR should not be deemed as such.
