| Research SummaryIn the past year I have become the local principal investigator on a national, industry-sponsored translational research project studying the significance of tumor markers in paraffin-embedded archived lymph nodes in stage II colon cancer specimens. (Evaluation of Guanylyl Cyclase C, Shc Proteins and MSI for Colon Cancer Staging and Prognosis, DiagnoCure, Protocol: DIAG-09/001- R) Work has begun on this study, which is being conducted at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth.
