Important Points
- Certain patient areas – such as intensive care units and the bone marrow transplant unit – restrict flower delivery, so please check with the nursing staff before bringing or sending flowers to a patient.
- Medical oncology units completely prohibit flower delivery.
- Latex balloons are not permitted, but Mylar balloons are accepted.
