Candidates for the Deland Fellowship come from a variety of careers and educational backgrounds, including medicine, business, law, public policy and public health. An advanced degree from a U.S. accredited institution is required for consideration. Please note that appointments are for one year.
Brigham and Women's Hospital is using the National Council on Administrative Fellowship's centralized application system. Candidates can apply at nafcas.liaisoncas.com. If there is a reason that the potential candidate cannot apply through NAFCAS, please contact the program director for consideration of a direct application.
For the 2023-2024 application cycle, all interviews will be conducted virtually. Interviews will occur in October 2022.
Compensation
Fellows are provided an annual stipend and benefits equal to that of medical residents. The fellow is able to go to a national healthcare conference and a regional conference or course.
