Julia Sinclair, MBA, Senior Vice President, Inpatient and Clinical ServicesJulia Sinclair, MBA, oversees Emergency Medicine and Emergency Preparedness, Palliative Care, and the Neurology, Psychiatry and Pathology departments at BWH. Sinclair serves as a key member in senior administration, developing strategic initiatives at BWH and Mass General Brigham related to Urgent Care Strategy, the Enterprise Pathology System and the Preferred Provider Agreement for ambulance transfers. Prior to joining BWH, she held key posts at Massachusetts General Hospital for 20 years, most recently as the executive director of Emergency Services and Emergency Preparedness. She completed BWH’s Deland Fellowship program in 1990.

After receiving her bachelor’s in biology at McGill University in Montreal, Sinclair earned her MHA at Concordia University in Quebec and MBA at Boston University. She serves on the board of overseers for the Neil and Elise Wallace STRATUS Center for Medical Simulation at BWH.
