Kevin Giordano

Kevin Giordano, MBA, FACHE, serves as President of Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Chief Operating Officer of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization, Senior Vice President of Operations for Mass General Brigham.

Prior to accepting this role in April 2024, he served in the role on an interim basis and before that he was senior vice president of Clinical Services at the Brigham where he was the executive partner for the departments of Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Radiation Oncology, Surgery, and Urology. Giordano also had responsibility for the Cardiothoracic, Digestive Health, Neurosciences, Spine, and Transplant service lines across the Brigham. He also provided executive leadership for Perioperative Services and Peri-procedural Services across the Brigham sites, including the operating rooms, procedural rooms, cardiac catheterization laboratory, electrophysiology laboratory, endoscopy suite, brachytherapy services, infusion services, interventional nephrology/radiology services, non-invasive cardiovascular testing services, and pre- and post-procedure services.

He continues to serve as the Brigham’s executive leader for the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center.

Giordano, who began his healthcare career at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and also worked as a consultant at Sg2, joined the Brigham in 2008. Since 2008, he has held a series of leadership positions at the Brigham and its affiliated institutions. He initially served as administrative director for the Division of Plastic Surgery at the Brigham, followed by executive director of the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center at South Shore Hospital and, finally, executive administrator in the Department of Medicine at the Brigham.

Giordano earned his bachelor's degree in finance and information systems from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his master’s in business administration from the Yale School of Management.
