Sabrina Williams, MBA, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Sabrina Williams, MBA, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Sabrina Williams, MBA, serves as Brigham Health’s chief diversity and inclusion officer, focusing on this important institutional value at the highest level of the organization.

Prior to becoming the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Williams served as the interim vice president of Human Resources at Brigham Health, beginning in December 2016. Williams has more than 15 years of experience as a Human Resources executive, serving as vice president of Human Resources at Neighborhood Health Plan 2014 to 2017 and as the director of HR for the Health Science Campuses at Tufts University from 2010 to 2014. She has also held leadership roles at a variety of nonprofit organizations, including the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, South End Settlements and the Roxbury Community College Foundation.

She received a bachelor’s in Sociology and Economics from Brandeis University and a master’s in business administration from Simmons College School of Management.
