Shelly Anderson, MPM, Senior Vice President for Brigham Health Strategy, Clinical Operations and Imaging Services
Shelly Anderson, MPM, is the senior vice president of Strategy, Clinical Operations and Imaging Services at Brigham Health. Prior to this role, Anderson served as vice president of Strategy Implementation for BH. Anderson has more than 20 years of experience in health care administration, strategy implementation and operations improvement. In this role, she is responsible for collaborating with other BH leaders to design and execute strategic initiatives, leading the Active Asset Management program and working to innovate best practices and facilitate organizational accountability, among other responsibilities.
Anderson led BH through the planning and implementation of Partners eCare, a transition of significant scale that will deliver coordinated, seamless care across the entire Partners network. She has also led planning and execution for comprehensive patient affordability initiatives, patient progression, care redesign and other integral initiatives.
Before joining BWH in 2011, Anderson was a partner at health care consulting firm Stockamp & Associates and then a Managing Director when the firm was purchased by Huron Consulting Group. Anderson also worked as an independent consultant for Strategic Health Care and Spectrum Communications in Washington, DC, and Mental Health Centers of Denver. She earned her master’s degree in policy management at Georgetown University and her bachelor’s degree at Concordia College.
