October 5, 2016 -- Retired Marine Sergeant John Peck, 31, who became a quad amputee in 2010 after he stepped on an Improvised Explosive Device in Afghanistan during his second tour of duty, spoke about receiving his bilateral arm transplant at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
