The Brigham Talent Acquisition team won the 2022 Elite Honor Roll Recruitment Organization Award from symplr. This award honors the team for its high performance, dedication and innovation.
The Elite Honor Roll recognizes organizations performing within the top 10 percent of health care recruitment teams across the United States, according to analysis conducted by symplr’s Lean Human Capital team. The Brigham team was one of three health care recruitment organizations nationwide awarded the Elite Honor Roll Organization distinction during an online awards ceremony on June 17.
Symplr is a provider of enterprise health care operations software and services. It aims to improve the efficiency of health care operations to support caregivers in their work to provide patient care. Its Lean Human Capital Honor Roll program is designed to recognize excellence in health care recruitment.
