All participants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at a local academic institution as a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior.
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 12 months and 140 hours of volunteer service to Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). You can take breaks from the program during school vacations (Ex: During summer break you can take a leave of absence and rejoin the program in the fall).
- You will not be able to complete the program during school breaks alone.
- Must have the flexibility to work weekday daytime hours: i.e., 8:00 am - 11:00 am, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and/or 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
