Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Anesthesiologists in the Post-Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) manage acute postsurgical problems such as hemodynamic instability, acute pain, and acute respiratory problems, caring for about 24,000 patients annually.

Our goal is to support recovery from anesthesia, with patient safety and comfort at the forefront of our care.
