As senior consultant in dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Piris’ diagnosis and recommendations for treatment are often determining factors leading to a comprehensive management of difficult entities.

Slides should be sent to MCPCS at the address below with a cover letter (or attached consultation form), accompanying report and billing information. Upon careful review of each case, a consultation report is issued within 48-72 hours. This report will contain Dr. Piris’ diagnosis and, when necessary, treatment and patient management recommendations.

Billing
We accept all forms of insurances. Prior authorization may be required depending on the type of insurance plan the patient has. Unfortunately, out-of-state Medicaid claims cannot be processed. Please be sure to include insurance information or indicate who should be billed for the consultation. If requested, we will bill the physician’s office directly.
