Sleep Matters Initiative, Sleep Health & Wellness Program

An engaging and interactive wellness program, during which participants will learn about sleep health, the dangers of fatigue, and receive tips and strategies for improving sleep and ending exhaustion. (Lunch will be provided)


Lecture on Sleep Health (40-minutes) A brief survey on iPads to screen for common sleep disorders (5-minutes) Interactive Question and Answer Session (10-minutes)
