(Virtual: Zoom) QI Bootcamp for Clinical Researchers and Study Staff

**This session will be held virtually on Zoom. The link will be sent to those who register with a BWH/Partners-affiliated email address 1-2 days prior to the session**

Speaker: Pamela Richtmyer - Director, Partners Human Research Quality Improvement (QI) Program

Join the QI Program and the Brigham Research Education Program for QI Bootcamp. QI Bootcamp is 'clinical research 101' for study staff and investigators. In this training you will review Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and institutional policies as well as learn to implement those guidelines and policies into the day-to-day conduct of clinical research.

Topics Include:
• Informed Consent
• Study Documentation (source documents & data collection forms)
• Unanticipated Problems, Deviations, & Violations
• Investigational Product Accountability
• Audits & Inspections
• CT.gov & Commone Rule Revisions


The QI Bootcamp will be offered at BWH in the 'even' months (February, April, etc.) and at MGH in the 'odd' months (January, March, etc.).

RCR Eligibility: Completion of this session fulfills 2 of the 4 hours outlined in part 3 of the RCR requirement (hospital-based lectures).
