Microteaching Exercise: A 2-Part Workshop

Join The Brigham Education Institute Wednesday, July 19th from 12pm-2pm for a Microteaching Workshop.

This two part Microteaching series is designed to promote learning about your own approach to teaching and that of your colleagues. As such, we encourage you to view this series as an opportunity to run a brief experiment in teaching with colleagues and faculty who will offer constructive insights within a four person small group setting. The 2 hour live, in person, July session offers us the time to practice the steps in the exercise while also getting more familiar with the context within we teach.

Faculty Facilitators: Elizabeth Armstrong, PhD, Subha Ramani, MBBS, PhD ; Erik Alexander, MD.; and Martin Pusic, MD, PhD

Participants who sign up for the 1st session are required to commit to both sessions as skills and strategies learned in July will be practiced and adjusted in preparation for the virtual second session in September.

The Second session will be held virtually on Wednesday, September 4th from 12pm-1pm

Space is limited to 16 participants.
Lunch will be provided for the in person July session.
