1. Is there shuttle service from the Healthcare Centers to Brigham and Women’s or Mass General in Boston?

Currently Mass General Brigham Healthcare Centers (Foxborough) do not offer shuttle service to the main campuses in Boston. Patients 60 years of age or older, patients with disabilities, and Mass Health patients are encouraged to contact their local senior center or Primary Care Physician for assistance with transportation options. Local cab service is available through Veteran’s Taxi, which can be reached at 800-585-8294.

2. Is there shuttle service to your Healthcare Centers?

Transportation options do vary by the town in which you live. We encourage you to check with your local senior center or Council on Aging. For residents of Franklin, Wrentham and Norfolk, there is a GATRA shuttle available – the schedule is available here. Local cab service is available through Veteran’s Taxi, which can be reached at 800-585-8294.

3. Are emergency services or urgent care services available at the Healthcare Centers?

While we do not offer emergency services, Mass General Brigham Healthcare Centers (Foxborough) are pleased to offer patients of all ages access to our Urgent Care Center. This service, staffed by Brigham and Women’s emergency medicine specialists, provides non-emergency services throughout the day, after-hours, and on weekends. No appointment is required.

4. Are the Healthcare Centers open on weekends and during games/events?

The Urgent Care Center is open on weekends, from 8am-4pm, but the rest of the clinics in the Healthcare Centers are not open on the weekends. If there is a weekday game or major weekday event and we are required to close early, patients will be notified in advance by their practitioner’s office. Patients may also visit our web page to view our current early closures.

5. What number should patients call regarding billing inquiries?

Representatives from our billing office are available Monday – Friday 9am-4:30pm ET to answer any questions by phone. Please call 617-726-3884 for all billing questions and concerns.

6. Are there parking restrictions? Is parking close by?

Patients may access the drop-off area and utilize the free valet parking offered in front of the Healthcare Centers. Patients may follow signage for "Healthcare Centers Self-Parking" just beyond the handicap-accessible parking area in Lot 22. Also available are several handicap-accessible parking spots located in front of the Healthcare Centers, readily accessible for patients needing this accommodation.

7. What number should new patients call to make an appointment?

Please call 508-718-4000 to register as a new patient and make an appointment with any of our doctors.

9. Do the Healthcare Centers offer financial counseling services?

Financial counseling services are available for patients of the Mass General Brigham Healthcare Centers (Foxborough). A financial counselor is available to assist patients in exploring a wide range of programs and resources. If you require financial assistance, please contact our financial counselor who can be reached by phone at 508-718-4196. You can also contact our Financial Counseling Hotline at 617-732-7005 or 866-736-1510. We have financial counselors available by phone Monday-Friday, from 7am-5:30pm to answer your questions.

10. Do I need to be a patient at BWH or MGH in order to get lab or imaging services done at the Healthcare Centers?

No. The Healthcare Centers' lab and radiology services are available to all patients regardless of their provider. However, you must obtain a BWH medical record number before getting your labs or radiology services done. This simple registration process can be completed in a few minutes when you arrive on site, or by calling us before your appointment at 1-866-489-4056, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.

Please note: Lab and X-Ray services are available to patients of all ages. All other radiology services are currently only available to patients 15 years or older.
