Jennifer Botsford, OTR/L, CHT

Jennifer Botsford received her Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from Tufts University in 1985 and has been a certified hand therapist since 1999. She was a hand therapist for the Mass General Hand and Upper Extremity Service from 1997 to 2004, after which time she moved to Denver, Colo. Jennifer also became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School in August of 2012. In addition to treating complex upper extremity patients, she mentored staff therapists and was involved in the development of the Mass General Hand Fellowship Program with Tufts University.

Jen joined the Rehabilitation Services in Foxborough to coordinate the hand therapy services after working for four years at the Center for Hand Rehabilitation in Denver. She has been fortunate to work closely with many renowned hand surgeons in San Francisco, Denver and Boston. Jen is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and has been working with the hands and upper extremities for 20 years, treating patients with acute traumatic injuries, repetitive strain injuries and arthritis. She enjoys community outreach and the infinite creative opportunities being a hand therapist provides.

Gayle Lang, OTR/L, CHT, MS

Gayle earned her undergraduate degree in Art History at Harvard University. After working in the non-profit sector with a medical ethics organization, she then pursued a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from Boston University. Gayle has been licensed as an Occupational Therapist since 1996. She started her OT career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), then worked at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as the Visiting Nurses Association of Boston before returning to BWH in 2004. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2007. Her clinical interest is orthopedic hand trauma, and she has worked with BWH's bilateral upper extremity transplant program. She is also an active member of the Rehabilitation Recognition Committee.

Nicole Mannion, MA, OTR/L
Senior Occupational Therapist

Nicole joined the Brigham and Women's Rehabilitation Services in Foxborough in January 2022 with a specialization in assessment and treatment of patients with neurological conditions. Prior to this, she has 13 years of experience working as an occupational therapist (OT) in the Greater Boston area. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis in 2004 from Binghamton University and her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University in 2008.

Nicole began her OT career at Boston Medical Center in 2009 in the inpatient acute care setting, where she worked with adult and pediatric patients, mostly in the ICU and neuro-ICU settings. In 2015, Nicole transitioned to the inpatient rehabilitation practice setting and worked as a Level II Advanced Clinician at NewBridge on the Charles in Dedham, MA. Here she specialized in treatment of patients with recovering from stroke, Parkinson's Disease (PD), and complex medical/neurological conditions. In addition, she has worked in the long-term acute care hospital setting with patients recovering from critical illness due to severe COVID-19 and other complex medical conditions.

She is certified in LSVT BIG and has completed 4 specialty courses from AOTA for assessment and treatment of patients with PD. She has an advanced certificate for academic fieldwork supervision and has published several academic articles on the role of OT in critical care, assessment/treatment of patients with severe COVID, and occupational performance problems of adults with MS. Nicole is passionate about providing evidence-based, cutting-edge care for her patients.

Monica McDonagh, OTR/L, CHT

Monica McDonagh received her Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from Boston University in 1992 and has been a certified hand therapist since 2000. She was an occupational therapist for Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston from 1992 until 20012 where she treated patients affected by a variety of diagnoses including burn, trauma, arthritis, as well as upper extremity issues. After working in Boston for over 20 years, she started working at Brigham and Women’s/ Mass General Health Care Center in Foxborough. Monica enjoys the diversity her job as a hand therapist offers, as well as the opportunity to help people achieve their functional goals.

Marissa Lizotte Alexandra, PT, DPT

Marissa Lizotte Alexandra received both a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science in 2010 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from Northeastern University. She commenced her career in May 2011 for the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) Rehabilitation Services at the Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Center in Foxboro in May 2011. In 2015, she was promoted to the title of Senior Physical Therapist. Marissa has achieved several certifications; she received her Certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation in 2016, Kinesiotaping Certificate in 2016, and a Certificate in Dry Needling in 2023. In 2023, she passed her Advanced Boards as a Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and was promoted to the title of Clinical Specialist.

Her clinical interests include sports related injuries with a focus on running, spine, TMJ, pain science, concussion, and vestibular rehabilitation.

In addition, she is a member of the BWH Rehabilitation Department’s Research Committee, the Pain Special Interest Group (SIG), and the Vestibular SIG. She has contributed to writing some of the department’s Standards of Care for Vestibular Physical Therapy, as well as contributed to some educational vestibular lectures in the community.

In her free time, she enjoys short and long-distance running, yoga, music, and other recreational sports.

Michael Belanger received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1997 and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999 from Sacred Heart University. While at Sacred Heart University, he completed the Internship Program in Athletic Training as part of his undergraduate degree to qualify for certification as an athletic trainer. He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association since 1998. He holds board certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is also a Certified Manual Therapist with The Mulligan Concept and is credentialed as a clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Michael joined the rehabilitation staff at the Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Center in Foxboro in 2011. His clinical interests include sports related injuries, orthopedics, biomechanics and manual therapy. He also coordinates the Wellness Program as well as the Athletic Training outreach program that serves Foxboro High School, King Philip High School, and Carver High School. He served as the Athletic Trainer for Walpole High School from 2003-2014. Prior to joining Massachusetts General Hospital in 2011, he worked at Norwood Hospital from 2003 through 2011 as physical therapist/athletic trainer. From 2001 through 2003 he was a senior physical therapist and clinical specialist for athletic training services at New England Baptist Hospital, where he also served as the Head Athletic Trainer for Newbury College.

Martin J. Boehm, PT, DPT

Martin Boehm received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Villanova University in 1991, a Master of Science in physical therapy from Boston University in 1993 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2007. He holds board certification as an orthopedic clinical specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Dr. Boehm is certified as a manual physical therapist through the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and as a strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Marty joined Brigham and Women's/Mass General Rehabilitation Services in Foxborough as a senior physical therapist upon the opening of the health care center in 2009. Marty’s prior experience includes two years as a staff physical therapist with the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, CA and 12 years as a member of the PGA Tour Sports Medicine Team, providing rehabilitation and conditioning services to the professionals competing on the PGA and Champions Tours. Prior to joining Rehabilitation Services of Foxborough, Marty spent one year at MGH Physical Therapy Services as a staff physical therapist in Boston.

Marty is a member of the Orthopedic and Sports sections of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His clinical interests are in shoulder, knee and spine rehabilitation and in the development of sports performance enhancement programs.

Stephanie Boudreau, PT, DPT
Senior Physical Therapist

Stephanie Boudreau received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Biochemistry in 1994 then completed her entry level doctorate of physical therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2002. Since graduating she has worked in private practice and currently is a Senior Physical Therapist in the Department of Rehabilitation Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Foxboro, MA.

She has worked on both the inpatient and outpatient services at BWH, and her work is focused on collaborative program development initiatives with the Shoulder & Sports Medicine Service of the Department of Orthopedics at BWH regarding the management of patients with shoulder dysfunction. She is currently in her second term as Chair of the APTA of MA Shoulder Special Interest Group. She was the lead author on a sentinel manuscript entitled "Rehabilitation Following Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty" published in JOSPT (2007, 37(12): 735-744).

Lauren Carter, PT, DPT

Lauren Carter received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College in 2015 and Doctor of Physical Therapy from MGH IHP in 2019. She worked in both the inpatient acute care and outpatient settings at Brigham and Women’s Hospital from 2019-2021. Subsequently, she completed her Residency in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and obtained her Clinical Specialty Certification in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy in June 2023. She currently splits her time between working in the inpatient acute care setting at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as well as seeing patients for outpatient cardiopulmonary physical therapy at Brigham’s Foxboro Ambulatory Clinic.

Lauren is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Academy of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy. Her clinical interests include cystic fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis, chronic obstructive lung disease, heart failure, and working with patients recovering from a heart and/or lung transplant. Outside of work, she is an avid runner, and also enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with her family and friends in her free time.

Jillian Cleveland, PT, DPT
Senior Physical Therapist

Jill is a 2015 graduate from Northeastern University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2010 at the University of New Hampshire and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Throughout her PT school career, Jill also worked as a personal trainer, which has advanced her therapeutic exercise knowledge and ability to create individual based treatment plans.

After graduating in 2015, Jill has worked at outpatient orthopedic clinics and has experience with various manual therapy techniques including instrument assisted soft tissue massage, Maitland joint mobilizations, and taping techniques. She is currently the primary therapist treating younger patients ages 0-2. Her clinical interests include pediatrics and sports orthopedics with emphasis on hips, knees, and shoulders. She also has a background in cardiac rehab. When she is not working as a physical therapist, Jill loves cooking, visiting the Cape, playing softball, and being active with her children.

Andrew Coonan, PT, DPT

Andrew received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Villanova University in 2016 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2020. He began a full time clinical internship year at Brigham and Women's in Foxboro in 2019 and joined the team as a staff physical therapist in 2020. Kevin Crowley received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2014 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017, both from the University of Hartford. Prior to joining Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2020, Kevin worked at Hartford Healthcare Rehabilitation Network where he specialized in sports medicine, orthopedics, and ACL rehabilitation. Kevin is currently a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, holds a level 1 certification with the Titleist Performance Institute, and is trained to perform dry needling through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute.

Kevin has volunteered his professional services at community events such as the Traveler’s Championship, Hartford Marathon, Hartford Yard Goats pitching clinic, and Special Olympics. He has worked on research studies to advance his knowledge as well as educate others on various topics which include high school athlete injury prevention, chronic ankle instability, functional testing, golf swing analysis and more. When Kevin is not working, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, and sports.

Kristina Dunlea, PT, DPT

Kristina Dunlea received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1993 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College in 2006. In 2014, she obtained an advanced board certification as a Neurologic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She holds certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation, in the treatment of Cervicogenic Dizziness, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy and in LSVT BIG®. In addition, she has become credentialed in concussion management through ImPACT’s® (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) Trained Physical Therapist Program.

Kristina joined the BWH/MGH Health Care Center in 2009, where she currently serves as a clinical supervisor. Her prior clinical experience includes provision of physical therapy in hospital, rehabilitation and home-care settings. In addition to working in the clinical setting, she is part of the Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University where she has been a lab instructor primarily in neurological based physical therapy courses, and has developed and implemented an Advanced Neurology Elective focused on Vestibular Rehabilitation. Kristina has also participated in several community lectures related to balance, falls, community mobility and equipment needs. She is a member of the Neurology Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor. Kristina's clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation.

Her current practice involves the rehabilitation of individuals with neurological diagnoses with a focus on vestibular rehabilitation including, but not limited to, post-concussion/mild traumatic brain injury from the young athlete to the older adult, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, Vestibular Hypofunction, and Cervicogenic Dizziness, along with a multitude of other vestibular disorders.

Jillian worked at a privately owned Physical Therapy Practice in Greenwich, CT for 3 years focusing on orthopedics and sports medicine. She then joined Brigham and Women's/Mass General Rehabilitation Services in Foxborough upon the opening of the health care center in 2009. Jillian's clinical interests include lymphedema management, and hip, shoulder, and knee injuries.

Jason Hantavis, PT, MSPT

Jason Hantavis graduated with distinction from Northeastern University with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. Jason holds specialized certifications as a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is certified in Graston technique and blood flow restriction therapy.

Jason joined Brigham and Women’s Hospital Rehabilitation Services in January 2024. After graduation, he had the opportunity to intern in the Brown University Athletic Department and with the New England Patriots. He has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine settings in the Metro-Boston area. He has supervised and mentored many physical therapy interns and students over the years, and attended various continuing education courses, including Mulligan and Maitland methods.

His clinical interests include working with athletes, tennis and golf injuries, post operative rehabilitation, and joint replacements.

Alison Hayes, PTA

Alison Hayes received her Bachelor of Communication Studies degree from Bridgewater State College in 2004, and her Associates of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008 from the Community College of Rhode Island. Prior to attaining her Associates degree, she worked at a private orthopedic sports medicine clinic as a physical therapy aide and office manager for 3 years helping setup and establish two offices, and as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 4 years before joining Brigham and Women's Rehabilitation Services at Foxborough in 2012 as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Her clinical interests include the rehabilitation of sports and orthopedic injuries using manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education. She has participated in numerous orthopedic seminars related to spine and knee injuries, as well as a Kinesio Taping course. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, volunteering in her community, and being a member-at-large for Norton Youth Football and Cheerleading.

Jessica Hildebrandt, PT, DPT

Jess Hildebrandt received her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science in 2014 from the University of Michigan and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She completed the orthopedic residency program at the MGH Institute of Health Professions (MGH IHP) in 2018. She joined the Brigham and Women’s Foxboro staff in 2017 through her residency clinical placement. She holds a board-certification by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist since 2018. She is currently in the process of completing her Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Pelvic Health section.

Jess is passionate about teaching and learning and was appointed Adjunct Faculty at MGH IHP in 2022. She is a lab instructor in the orthopedic and anatomy curriculum in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. She is credentialed by the APTA as a Clinical Instructor. She is also a mentor in the MGH IHP orthopedic residency program.

Jess provides comprehensive patient care and strives to empower patients to become stewards of their own health. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and sports, swimming analysis, and the pregnancy and postpartum population.

Jaeson Kawadler, PT, DPT, OCS

Jaeson Kawadler received his Bachelor of Exercise Science from University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2003 and a Doctorate in Physical therapy from Northeastern University in 2010. Currently, he is certified as a National Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is working towards his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Jaeson joined Massachusetts General Physical Therapy Services as a staff physical therapist in 2010 and now serves as a senior physical therapist with Brigham and Women’s Rehabilitation Services at Foxborough. Jaeson is a member of the Orthopedic, Sports and Private Practice sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. His clinical interests include the biomechanics of the lower extremity, shoulder and spine rehabilitation, sports performance enhancement, promotion, and injury prevention.

Phil is a certified clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association and has worked as a teaching assistant with Simmons College since 2012. Kevin was awarded the Mary Mankin Prize for clinical scholarship from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2017. He spent his full-time clinical internship year with Brigham and Women’s Hospital Rehabilitation in Foxboro in 2016, before joining the staff full-time in 2017. Kevin’s clinical interests and specialties include sports related injuries and return to play/competition, general orthopedics with a focus on knee/ankle conditions, and clinical research/evidence-based practices.

Her clinical interests include complex orthopedic trauma cases, geriatric orthopedics, post-operative and sports rehabilitation specifically of the hip, knee, and shoulder.

Alyssa Perreault, PT, DPT

Alyssa Perreault received her Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart University in 2002. She also received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2004. In 2012, Alyssa received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Massachusetts General Institute of Health Professions. Alyssa joined Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a staff physical therapist in Boston, outpatient department in 2008. She joined the Foxboro clinic in October 2013 in a senior role. Her prior physical therapist experience includes working for three and a half years as a staff PT at a private outpatient clinic on the South Shore.

Alyssa’s clinical interests include kinesiotaping, of which she is a certified kinesiotaping practitioner. Alyssa clinical interests also include treating lower extremity athletic injuries and lower back pain. She has been the author on numerous department practice standards of care. She has participated in many orthopedic seminars and continuing education series. Alyssa also teaches continuing education classes, currently focusing on functional outcome measures.

Alexandra “Ally’ Martinis, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Ally is a 2021 graduate from Northeastern University where she received her Bachelors in Rehabilitation Sciences, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout her PT school career, Ally was able to gain experience in several different fields of physical therapy including Inpatient Rehab, Long Term Acute Care, and Outpatient Orthopedics/Sports Medicine in both the hospital-based and private practice settings. She has treated a number of patient populations including orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee, cardiac/pulmonary, and stroke. While in graduate school, Ally was also fortunate enough to participate in her program's Sports Concentration Program where she gained one on one experience with almost every division one athletic team at Northeastern. She also helped to run an off-season shoulder injury prevention program for the Northeastern Baseball Team and was involved in several courses and learning experiences with the rehab team of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Ally's current clinical interests include limb-loss/prosthetic training and general orthopedics. She has her certification in Dry Needling Therapy which she utilizes frequently, and she continues to independently expand the limb-loss population in our clinic as the primary therapist treating these patients currently. When Ally is not working, she enjoys traveling, running, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family and Golden Retriever, Mulligan.

Melissa Prag, PT

Melissa Prag received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1993. Melissa specializes in vestibular therapy and holds a certification in Neurodevelopmental Techniques (NDT). Prior to joining the Brigham and Women’s Rehabilitation team, Melissa has spent more than 25 years in the field working in various environments, including rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient/sports medicine clinics where she has held staff and management roles. In her free time, Melissa enjoys being with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and running.

Callie Roberts, PT, DPT

Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy

Callie received her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science at UCLA in 2018 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at University of Southern California in 2021. Callie completed the Orthopaedic Residency Program at Mass General IHP in 2022 and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. In addition to working full time in the clinic, she is a Lab Instructor for orthopedic courses at the Mass General IHP DPT program and volunteers at the Special Olympics youth athlete camps. Her clinical interests include orthopedic injuries/conditions, sports medicine, and post-operative care, and she enjoys working with patients to help them return to their desired level of activity or sport.

In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, practicing yoga, weightlifting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Kyle Rodenhi, PT, DPT

Kyle Rodenhi has over 14 years of clinical experience in orthopedic / sports physical therapy. He received his BS in Allied Health from the University of Connecticut in 1999, his MS in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 2001, and his transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2011. Kyle is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association and a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Medical Professional and Golf Biomechanist from the Titleist Performance Institute. Kyle has previously worked at Mass General’s Sports PT Department and Sports Performance Center as well as at Rhode Island hospital. He currently is a Clinical Specialist in the Department of Rehabilitation Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Foxboro, MA.

Rhonda Salvo, PT
Senior Physical Therapist

Rhonda Salvo received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1990. She holds certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Cervicogenic Dizziness, and is a faculty member with the North American Zero Balancing Health Association, and is certified to teach Core Zero Balancing I and II. Early on, she did work in inpatient acute care, acute neuro rehab, and has had some interesting learning opportunities in bracing and polio clinics, neurological and vestibular special interest groups, a respiratory hospital, home chest PT services, adult day programs, and spent many weekends in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting. She also has had prior involvement in many community-based programs, including running the Parkinson’s disease community wellness group.

For the last 20+ years, Rhonda has been in the outpatient setting treating mostly a neurological population for vertigo, concussion, general balance/gait, multi-trauma, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, respiratory and medically complex patients for individual rehab. She joined the Brigham and Women’s Hospital rehab team here in Foxboro from Spaulding Framingham in December 2022, and continues to enjoy treating the neurological and vestibular populations, and participating with the neurological and vestibular special interest groups. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and riding her motorcycle.

Joy Shine, PT, MS

Joy Shine received her Master’s degree in physical therapy in 2003 from University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She is board certified as a Women’s Health Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She is also a certified lymphedema therapist by the Norton School of Lymphedema. Joy joined Brigham and Women’s Rehab Services at Foxboro in June 2010. In August 2014 completed a yearlong Women’s Health Residency Program at BWH. She is a member of Women’s Health and Oncology sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor disorders in males and females, ante and post natal population, breast cancer, and lymphedema.

Michael Smith, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from University of Rhode Island in 2011 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Institute of Health Professions in 2017. He spent his full-time clinical internship year with the Brigham in 2016, working in the acute care hospital setting as well as outpatient orthopedics. Following the internship, Michael worked at Spaulding Rehab Hospital Boston with a focus on chronic pain and aquatic therapy. He then gained experience at New England Baptist, with a focus on post-operative care. He is credentialed by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Clinical Instructor and works as a lab instructor at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Michael’s clinical focus includes persistent pain, chronic low back pain, post-operative rehab, and return to running.

Derek Sople, PT, DPT

Derek Sople received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island graduating summa cum laude in 2009 and Doctor of Physical therapy degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2012. Derek was awarded with the Ionta award at the MGH Institute of Health Professions for clinical excellence in 2012 and joined the Mass general/Brigham and Women’s Health Care Center for a full year internship in 2011, ending in 2012 when he was hired into the practice as a Staff Physical Therapist and has since been promoted to Senior Physical Therapist in 2016. Derek is a member of the Brigham and Women’s Rehabilitation Research Committee. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports related injury, spine, post-surgical rehabilitation. Derek is an excited member of the rehabilitation team at Foxborough.

Mari Taylor received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St Louis in 2013. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Oncologic Physical Therapy and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist-LANA as well. Prior to joining Brigham and Women’s Rehab Services in Foxboro, Mari worked in the acute care setting for several years at Brigham and Women’s Hospital primarily seeing patients admitted for cancer-related care in addition to seeing patients with burns. Mari is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Academy of Oncologic Physical Therapy. Her clinical interests include pre-rehabilitation, cancer-related impairments, and lymphedema.

Ken Tran, PT, DPT

Ken received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University in 2013 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MCPHS University in 2016. Afterwards, Ken went on to complete the Mass General Hospital IHP Clinical Orthopaedic Residency in 2017 and University of Chicago Medicine Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship in 2022. Along with his clinical duties, he is a lab instructor for the Mass General IHP DPT program and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His clinical interest range from sports medicine, post-operative surgical care, spine, concussion, pain science, dry needling, ACL rehabilitation, and manual therapy.

In his free time, Ken enjoys watching the Boston sport teams, traveling, working out, cooking, spending time with family and friends.

Matthew Travers, PT

Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Matthew Travers received a Bachelor of Science in 1998 and a Master of Science in physical therapy in 1999 from Springfield College. He began his career in a private practice in Concord Massachusetts. He joined the outpatient physical therapy service at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2004. Matt has worked closely with the orthopedic surgeons of the Harvard Shoulder Service at Mass General regarding the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with complex shoulder dysfunction.

Matt is now a clinical specialist for the Brigham and Women’s hospital at Brigham and Women’s/Mass General Health Care Center in Foxboro, where he has been since 2009. Matt’s clinical interests include shoulder, cervical spine and athletic injuries with a special interest in soccer and golf. He is a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Matt has been a teaching assistant at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and is also a certified clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association. He achieved his certification as an orthopaedic clinical specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2009.

Patrick Willson, PT

Patrick Willson received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University in 1993. Pat became a certified strength and conditioning specialist in 1996. He attained his manual therapy certification in the Maitland Concept in 2003. Pat joined the Brigham and Women’s Rehabilitation Services Department at the Health Care Center in Foxboro as a senior staff Physical Therapist in 2015.

His prior clinical experience consists of inpatient/outpatient physical therapy at New England Baptist Hospital, Dedham Health and Athletic Club and Blackstone Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He has served as adjunct faculty at Northeastern University functioning as a teaching assistant for the advanced musculoskeletal course. He also has assisted teaching the Basic Spinal and Sacroiliac courses in the Maitland Concept. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports related injury, spine, shoulder and knee.

Tracie Yeaman, PT, DPT
Senior Physical Therapist

Tracie Yeaman received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Kinesiology from Becker College in 2005 and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mass General Institute of Health Professions in 2008. She is credentialed by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Clinical Instructor. She enjoys working with people of all ages with mainly orthopedic based injuries from sports or otherwise, and has a special interest in lower extremity injuries. She also treats patients with TMJ related pain. She is a runner, and also enjoys lots of outdoor activities including cycling, boating, hiking, and canoeing.

Elisabeth “Beth” Regan MS CCC-SLP
Senior Speech Pathologist

Beth Regan received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2004 from Northeastern University. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Emerson College in 2006, and obtained a Certificate of Clinical Competence in 2007. Beth began her career at the New England Rehabilitation Hospital in Woburn, working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings with people post stroke, brain injury, and other neurological disorders until 2012. She was employed as the primary outpatient therapist at Brockton Hospital from 2012-2019 and as part of her role also completed videofluoroscopic swallowing studies for patients with dysphagia.

Beth joined the Brigham and Women’s Rehabilitation team in October of 2019. Her areas of clinical interest include neurological disorders, post-concussion, head and neck cancer, voice disorders, cognitive impairment, and swallowing disorders. She is also a certified in LSVT LOUD® (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment). In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
