The Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) Heart & Vascular Center features more than 225 physician specialists in cardiovascular medicine, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, cardiovascular anesthesiology, and cardiovascular imaging, 475 nurses who specialize in cardiovascular care, and a supportive administrative staff who work as one cohesive team to provide the best possible care for each patient. Working together at the Shapiro Cardiovascular Center and at locations throughout the region, this vast resource of multidisciplinary expertise ensures that we can take care of every patient’s heart and vascular needs.

All inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services are available at BWH’s Shapiro Cardiovascular Center in Boston, and outpatient cardiovascular services are available at three other convenient BWH locations:
Brigham and Women's Heart & Vascular Center also has affiliations with Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island; Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine; and Harbor Medical Associates, where patients can be seen by BWH providers.
