Caitlin Johnson received a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management with a related concentration in Business Studies from Providence College in 2008, and is currently obtaining her Masters in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology at the Boston University School of Public Health. As the Communications Specialist of the Pollin Cardiovascular Wellness Center, she is responsible for oversight of the communications and research aspects of the Center's community outreach, employee wellness, and prevention research programs.
Aileen Sauris, MS, ANP
Nurse Practitioner, Pollin Cardiovascular Wellness Center
Aileen Sauris, MS, ANP, joined the Pollin Cardiovascular Wellness Center in 2011 to help coordinate multidisciplinary care for the primary and secondary prevention of heart disease. Aileen received a Bachelor of Science in 1991 from SUNY Stony Brook and a Master of Science from the Adult Health Program at SUNY Stony Brook in 1995. She has over 15 years of experience in cardiovascular patient management, beginning Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC, where she assisted in the development of an in-patient NP Cardiology service which provided collaborative care to patients on General Cardiology, Heart failure, Electrophysiology and Cardiac Cath lab services.
She then joined Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2003, becoming an integral member of the Advanced Heart Disease Division. In her practice, one of her main areas of interest has been providing cardiovascular education and awareness for the Hispanic community. Her bilingual skills have been an asset in providing integral cardiovascular care and education for Hispanic patients.
