Redesigning Care Through Technology

Modern healthcare can be fragmented and poorly coordinated, with patients often finding it difficult to contact their providers. However, today’s technology can provide solutions to improve communication amongst providers and patients, to more effectively manage the health of populations, and to make care more convenient for patients.

Brigham and Women’s Hospital has helped create effective and efficient relationships with patients and clinicians by managing four tech based programs: Meaningful Use, Partners eCare, Telehealth, and Referral Management.
