Credentialing for Nurses Who Are: Non-BWH Employees or BWH Employees with Dual Affiliations

Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) Nursing Credentialing Program is coordinated by the Center for Nursing Excellence at One Brigham Circle, 1620 Tremont Street Boston, MA, or the Department of Care Coordination, depending on your intended role at BWH. An objective review of skill, identity, experience, and education in accordance BWH Nursing Policies and external regulatory agencies is performed. Skill competency is ensured through computer-based learning modules, classroom, and clinical orientations (when applicable). This program is for non-BWH nurses who require access to patients or patient records and for BWH nurses who have a second affiliation with an outside agency, college, or university.
