Nursing Grand Rounds & Quality Rounds
Mission Statement
BWH Nursing Grand Rounds program offers evidence-based presentations that augment nursing practice for all nurses including staff and leadership. BWH Nursing Grand Rounds are offered monthly September through June.
Continuing Education
Formal Education Programs such as the BWH Nursing Grand Rounds offers evidenced based presentations designed to promote knowledge, skills and enhance nursing practice and expertise. Participation in continuing education is one hallmark of our profession and a principle of BWH Nursing Grand Rounds. As a forum for continuing education, Nursing Grand Rounds is intended to build upon the educational and experiential base of the nurse for the purpose of enhancing practice, education, administration, research or theory development that promotes knowledge, skills and awareness.
Nursing Grand Rounds Presenter Process
You can learn more about presenting at the next Department of Nursing Grand Rounds by following the steps below.
- Contact the Center for Nursing Excellence at BWHCEURequest@partners.org expressing your interest in presenting at the Department of Nursing Grand Rounds event. Please include your desired Department of Nursing Grand Rounds date and the Center for Nursing Excellence will reach out to you.
- Once you are confirmed for the Department of Nursing Grand Rounds event, complete the Continuing Education application.
- Submit the Continuing Education application to BWHCEURequest@partners.org and the Center for Nursing Excellence will reach out to you with next steps.
