Get Involved in the House Staff Council

The BWH House Staff Council is open to all residents and fellows who rotate through Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Become a Representative

Each year in August or September, we hold annual elections for House Staff Council representatives. Each residency program has between one and five positions on the Council, depending on program size. Representatives are elected by residents within each training program. Fellows are also welcome to participate. Contact us at housestaffcouncil@bwh.harvard.edu to find out more or if you are interested in running for a representative position.

All Are Welcome

All House Staff Council meetings and activities are open to all residents. We welcome participation at all levels. If you have an issue or project you would like the House Staff Council to address, talk to your program’s representative(s), fill out this feedback form, email us at housestaffcouncil@bwh.harvard.edu, or attend a House Staff Council meeting. Our meetings are held from 7:30-8:30PM on the second Tuesday of the month on Zoom: Click here for the Zoom link.

Please reach out to us at housestaffcouncil@bwh.harvard.edu with any additional questions.
